Some of it would depend on where overseas you are moving to and the climate, but I do agree with the other posters, get a new set that you both love. It's time. Either give the old ones to charity or put them in storage. I favor choice #1.

There are so many gems like this in Baltimore just waiting to be restored with patience and $s. A beautiful job here keeping the vintage but with modern conveniences.

I would never leave the kitchen!

Aye, the snark! I know of many people who have lived in such small spaces but not in such a minimal fashion. Yours looks lovely, and "I" read that your pillow etc goes in the trunk.

We will be renovating a bathroom and I have been trying to convince my dh about a tankless water heater. I used them back in the 70s! in Thailand and could never understand why they had not caught on in the US.
