I 've had two black leather Klippans for about 6 years and they still look and feel new. Though I have a friend who is 6'6 and complains that I don't have furniture for anyone over 5'11. lol. Had to downsize to an apartment so ... safe, great walking neighbourhood with amenities - laundry on premises - big windows, not those dinky sliders on the bottom - bathtub - balcony or backyard - no carpet whatsoever - double or big kitchen sink - no more than six stories with an elevator - top floor - no mould in the bathroom - permission to paint - and it goes without saying, NO BUGS - luckily, I have it all in my present apartment, pity the rent is outrageous where I live, here in Canada What's Your #1 Must Have Feature at Home? |
