To keep your crust crispy, preheat your oven with a stone on the center rack for an hour at 550 degrees.

Stretch out the dough on a piece of parchment, transfer the stretched dough to the stone with a peel then top it in oven with the door open. You will get warm, but the crust is never soggy. It's also easier to transport an untopped dough to the oven.

Re: 1. Mushrooms go easily on the grill, are "full of umami", and have a "chew." They can also be tossed on a bun like everyone else's burger.

I really so no reason to eat fake meat when I don't eat meat to begin with. Also not a fan of processed foods.

People are free to eat what they want obvs., but to argue convenience is a fallacy in this case.

Ditto what Kakugori said. I use a pizza stone on the grill and cook it on there for about 10 min. Tastes like pizza, rather than flatbread-pizza.

I also find that preheating the oven and pizza stone for 45 min to an hour is pretty essential.
