@ mfitz625: 10 min cook time for 550 degrees.

I also find that preheating the oven and pizza stone for 45 min to an hour is pretty essential.

Spanish bonito tuna, Ortiz brand is good, on crostini spread with a roasted red pepper puree/romesco and aioli - like this:

Tilapia, while delicate, grills well. It is good dressed in some cumin- pepper-lime juice and grilled for fish tacos which are good inexpensive lo-key party food.

Agree with the above - weber all the way. Just switched to the gas Q320 from their standard charcoal and it is a small footprint that does not sacrifice surface space.

Also is built like a tank.

Why not just make your own? It is cheaper and they keep in the fridge forever if it is a wet sauce/marinade and if dry, can be stored with the spices.

Definitely baking proper French baguettes. I was initially proud of pizza dough, but the baguettes are definitely it. It takes forever, requires buying special flour online, but is super worth it.

Microfiber or velvet and an armless couch. The arms are what they seem to want to scratch the most - just get rid of the temptation. Microfiber and velvets can hold up to a bit of scratching, though if they start going to town it they could still destroy the furniture.

Which leads me to...

Sticky Paws, a double sided tape which works as good deterrent if they want to scratch at the fabric anyway.
