I have the same issue with waking up early and cleaning, but I think it's mostly because I am still drunk and figure it best to get it out of the way before my hangover kicks in.

The last big party I had was an ugly christmas sweater party (hilarious) where I found beer cans and empty beer boxes wrapped up as gifts and placed in or under my tree. (I'll have to remember that game for next year!) I also woke to find that my numerous bags of trash were no longer sitting near the front door to be taken out. Assuming my friends were being jolly good partners and took them to the dumpster for me, they just piled them on the hood of my car. I noticed when we were heading out for the hangover cure.. whataburger!

I know it sounds as if my friends are evil, but they aren't. This is just how we express our love.

i like everything about those pictures. i want to see more (if it's an actual home). is that a lamp? what is it made of?

i upholstered a bistro cafe chair with an old pillow case. it has retro blue, yellow, green and white floral designs which match the color scheme in my bathroom. i bought the pillow case at a local thrift store for 30cents and the chair was a find on the street! unfortunately, i didn't add enough cushion to last the amount of time i sit on my chair as i browse through AT. but the other half of the pillow case is hiding my cat's litter box that sits under the bathroom vanity. once i redo my bathroom, i plan on WASHING the other half of that pillow case and re-upholstering the chair again.

what color paint is on your walls?

hah! i used that wrapping paper for christmas this year and was thinking about using my leftovers for my filing cabinet.
i love that umbrella painting. i love this house!

i bought a mossy green version of that orange artwork at urban outfitters about 3 years ago. i think it was called "onion flower" or something similar.
