I'm also in Brissie and just ordered prints from the same Etsy shop for my bub's room. Can't wait for them to arrive. This room is so sweet, great job.

Expensive high chair with lots of nooks and crannies for stuff to get stuck in. It's now in storeage and we replaced it with the Antilop for Ikea. It's cheaper, smaller, nicer looking, sooooo much easier to clean and does exactly the same job.

Expensive baby bath with special sling. Our son hated it, preferred shallow $5 tub from hardware store.

Manual breast pump, what a piece of crap. Spend the extra money in the first place and get and electric one.

Wow, what a great job!

@galval... do you eat beef? I don't agree with wearing fur but if we're going to kill and animal for it's meat we may as well make the most of every single part of it. To simply discard the hide insted of putting it to good use would be even more disrespectful to the animal.

I love seeing spaces like this sooooo much. It's so reassuring. As an avid blog lover and a working mother of an 18 month old whirlwind I actually find myself getting really stressed out trying to keep my home up to the standard of the (clean and tidy) inspiring homes we see pictures of every day. I mean, deep down I know it's just selective photography but I still feel the pressure. Bring on the real room revolution!! I want to see more :)

This home was featured in an Issue of Real Living magazine a couple of months ago. I absolutely fell in love with the walls. From memory I think the owners may have used a Porter's Paints lime wash?

I'll loook it up when I get home tonight and report back.

I don't really understand the novelty of this. We have a shower over our tub and it's completely normal for older houses in Australia to have this setup? We just renovated our bathroom and kept exactly the same setup. I didn't realise it was something unique?

It looks all nice and fancy but I see a computer monitor - where is the tower meant to go?
