Beautiful space. You've used white so well. And you've also made great use of clear & reflective furniture. Really pretty!

Those floors look fantastic! This is a great use of the white with pops of color- I think it works because your colorful things are all really unique and cool.

I have the #3 grill. It is awesome! It works fine, it's portable, and it's small enough to store easily when it's too cold for us to be cooking outside.

You're right that the space seems much smaller all split up than it would if it were one open room. You're also right that you made it a cute and happy little space. I'm a a "stuff" person too, and I like that you show you can have a cute, small space without being a total minimalist.

Love that yellow. The chairs are a clever way to make the living room feel really big (even though its not). I don't know that if it would work for everyone, but you definitely made it look good!

You got my vote for the sliding bookshelf! For stuff that you only. Swap out a couple times a year, that is a great idea. Good choice also on picking a pretty shallow bookshelf.

Super cute little space! I like the little plants on top of the kitchen cabinets. Your little kitty ninja is adorable too.

Well, your child and wife have a lovely and calm place to come home to. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt here and say that if it was a true emergency, this house tour wouldn't have been all that important.

Your home is full of beautiful light and texture. As a North Carolina girl myself, I love the vibe- it definitely reminds me of summer vacations to the outer banks.

Best wishes for your babies. Thanks for sharing. Sorry everyone automatically jumped to attack you. :/

Love it! The colors are so brave and immediate. And it looks so casually stylish and homey instead of all "decorator-y". And your baby is really stinking cute, so good job on that too.

This home is so sweet and so real. I love that you've created something warm, stylish, and personal without shopping at a bunch of fancy stores or doing expensive remodeling. Great job.

The reverse loft makes a lot of sense until (as on the show) someone inevitably injures themselves during an, uh, intimate moment. Something to think about.

Just want to point out that Jenny komenda interiors and little green notebook are actually the same blog, so they probably should be consolidated into a single nomination!

Explain what happened to your neighbor, and buy them a new one STAT.

Try cleaning this one up for yourself. Who cares if it's not pretty as long as it still works.

My name is Eva, and I am an addict.

Past a certain point it's really not even fun though- just a compulsion to try out something I saw or heard about. And my partner really gets sick of it. I've been working on just enjoying living in my home instead of constantly trying "decorate". The whole point is to just create a place you enjoy living in, right?
