Also - Lilies are extremely poisonous to cats (maybe dogs too). Mine doesn't eat them or anything so I can keep them in the house but I must be vigilant about cleaning the pollen when it falls.

Two things from me - I pick whatever happens to be in the garden at the time. At Xmas I put xmas tree branches in vases and then just take whatever happens to be around the rest of the year - even fennel fronds and artichokes.

Secondly - if you're having trouble getting rid of something, take a picture of it. It is usually the memory we're scared of getting rid of but if you know you'll be reminded of that little detail with a photo it makes it really easy to get rid of physically.

I collect sand and their corresponding shells, rocks and driftwood if possible.. But I have well over a hundred different ones so am in the process of trying to figure out how to display them.
