My parents had and used these when we were kids. I personally loved them and still do. My sister and I had a habit of drawing on our walls and these were a great alternative to wallcovering. I would love to find and use these in my home, but I live in the southwest and all of our walls are deeply textured. How do you think these would work on textured walls?

I love seeing this post and reading what other people love at TJ's. I'm lucky to have a store close to home, yet not too close. I love thier chocolate covered bananans, their Harvest Grain Blends, and all of their dried fruit and nuts.

Love the BLT obsession this week! I remember reading that for the BLT party people may get backed up at the toasting station. We use the oven broiler to toast several slices at once. This may heat up the kitchen, but it is very time efficient. If it's a party you can always ask your friends to bring a couple of extra toasters too.

As kariwk added Focaccia should be added to the list. I add a good amount of olive oil to a round cake pan and poke the dough, add more oil to the top, seasoning and some fresh grated parmesan cheese. I've also added mozz, tomato, and basil for a fantastic deep dish pizza like concoction.

Sounds like a fantastic idea. BLTs were a staple in our house as a kid. We always had a surplus of garden tomatoes. I am less particular about my bacon and more so about my tomatoes. I haven't found any store bought and unfortunately even farmer's market bought tomatoes that compare with my Mom's home grown Nebraska tomatoes.

I live in Phoenix and just purchased some in my local market on Saturday! I'm originally from Nebraska and picked some from my Mom's garden in May, but this is the first time I have seen in Phoenix all year.

I love this topic! How about trending around produce that is easy to grow in ones own garden. For instance I would love to see a movement of creating a signature pasta sauce or bruschetta around the plethora of tomatoes we have in the midwest. Or even a trend towards bruchetta? There are so many combinations for this bite sized pleasure.

Our HOA does not allow us to paint the concrete walls in our back yard. I was thinking of using side walk chalk to add, "a touch of color" to a course of the bricks.
