I am super disappointed in their customer service, which is a real bummer because I probably would have been a loyal fan/client. I saw an awesome sofa online, called and placed it on hold with my credit card because I was unable to drive up to their store until Sunday. No problem, they won't sell it unless I don't show up, I was told. Then on Saturday, the day before I was scheduled to come and pick it up, I received a phone call with no message. One hour later, I received another call with a message that they sold my sofa since I didn't come in. I immediately called back and the owner refused to budge, even though the sofa was still on their property. She should have honored our hold, admitted her mistake, sold the sofa to me and called the other customer. Instead they have forever lost my business not just because of this error, but because of the absolute lack of effort to make it right.
