Good call Ms. Mann! This really is 1 of my favorite entries. It looks lived in. And real. Like someone made the most of the resources/space they had. Instead of throwing gobs of valuable green cash at an architect to produce yet another aseptic Manhattan Mausoleum. Small Cool 2007: Honorable Mention #3 |

Cute place. That staircase is kinda hot. Looks like a nice outside area for entertaining, which is nice for us small home dwellers. #22 - Luis's Guest House Home |

Quite unique. The light boxes/shades are great. And I wanna examine that glass topped, wine rack, coffee table, on wheels. Love multifunctional items. Looks like there's lots more stuff to see around every little corner. #28 - Daniel's Idiosyncratic Little Pad |

Oh this competition has gotten fierce! I've not seen many places as small as the 1 I'm about to move into & here this 1 is smaller! And way more fabulous. Thank the goddess again for great high ceilings-those dark walls work. #27 - Bryan's 3 F's |

Is that the same green paint in all the rooms? It moves from the kitchen wall, to the bedroom, then runs along the baseboard trim & hops onto those fat blinds. Good stuff. Then black accents/details in all 3 pix. So nice. I very much want to see the bathroom & the work area. #15 Mike's Soothing Mix |

I'm diggN the 60's/70's theme. There's some really good stuff out there & this entry has a nice collection. I think the navy blue flowing from the dinette, to the IKEA chair & pot, to the bed, & ending with the jukebox helps unify most of the space. And are those built-in ashtrays in the coffee table? Groovy Good job. #14 Jeramy's Thrifty Digs |

I like the chairs as art. And the light coming through the enormous speakers makes them look a bit like screens & slightly less like enormous speakers. I'd like to see pix of the A/V room from a seated eye level since that seems to be the way the room is designed to be enjoyed. The low/flush coffee table is interesting & makes me think of a podium where a conductor might stand during a performance. The opera glasses are a nice touch as well. #13 Eric's "Mini Concert Hall" Apartment |

Excellent use of stop light colors :=] I especially like the kitchen. I keep returning to these pix. Thanks for the inspiration. #22 - 42anderson's Love, Eat, Party |

I've gotta give ya props for utilizing sidewalk finds. Good use of materials for your desk. And is that a red table paired with your groovy green dining chairs? Cool. #21: Casey's San Francisco Simplicity |

WoW! The smaller spaces ARE the bigger challenges. Thank the goddess for high ceilings! I like that this space is so well done AND so small. I love that it's not pretentious or sterile. Oh & the hide is great. It makes me imagine a young man from cow town moving to the big apple to realize his dreams. #25 - Thomas' Itsy Bitsy Box |

It's nice to see items reclaimed/reused/resurfaced so creatively. I'd love to see the place afterwards-if you guys win one of the prizes. Good job. #11 - Johnny and Adam's Vintage Nature Nook |

I think it's nicely done for being a "white box" rental. I'd also like to see pix of the other 224.25 sq.ft. #20: Billy's East Bay, Mid Century White Box |
