Good call Ms. Mann! This really is 1 of my favorite entries. It looks lived in. And real. Like someone made the most of the resources/space they had. Instead of throwing gobs of valuable green cash at an architect to produce yet another aseptic Manhattan Mausoleum.

OK, nobody panic, but I think the rug's made from dogskin!!! Just kiddN.
I like the composition of the pix. I feel voyeuristic spying on the guy in bed & I love that the pooch matches the rug & chair. I just wanna squeeeeze her. And all the stuff in front of the cityscape kinda looks like a little city. But outta 3 pix I get 1 wall of the living room & 1 wall from the bedroom-Dang! I hope the rest of the place looks as good.

Is that the same green paint in all the rooms? It moves from the kitchen wall, to the bedroom, then runs along the baseboard trim & hops onto those fat blinds. Good stuff. Then black accents/details in all 3 pix. So nice. I very much want to see the bathroom & the work area.

I like the chairs as art. And the light coming through the enormous speakers makes them look a bit like screens & slightly less like enormous speakers. I'd like to see pix of the A/V room from a seated eye level since that seems to be the way the room is designed to be enjoyed. The low/flush coffee table is interesting & makes me think of a podium where a conductor might stand during a performance. The opera glasses are a nice touch as well.

I've gotta give ya props for utilizing sidewalk finds. Good use of materials for your desk. And is that a red table paired with your groovy green dining chairs? Cool.

I think it's nicely done for being a "white box" rental. I'd also like to see pix of the other 224.25 sq.ft.
