I would leave the chandelier as is - it's beautiful - and focus more on changing out the green chairs and carpet in the room. I would leave the mirrors up too and work with them... maybe paint the room a dark blue, as someone else said, and get some bright white chairs in there instead of the green.

I agree that the bed needs pillows. As a guest room you want it to look super-comfy.
Also i agree that its too much beige. you need a bold color.
Actually the first thing i noticed is that there are no draperies. If you're dead set on keeping the wallpaper, why not add a bold, rich set of drapes - in dark eggplant or another rich purple. You could probably find something in your budget at Target or Ikea even, and get some throw pillows for the bed, that have complementing purple/lavender colors.
Finally, on the desk, the "staging" with the 3 stacks of books is a bit dull. why not move the lamp back to the side table, under the mirror, and put the vase (or a larger, brighter vase?)and buddha on the desk there?

i actually like the clouds compared to all of the stark white walls in the room. but if you dont like it, how about doing a metallic paint? gold or bronze or something?

They aren't mailed in March, as someone stated,... they are mailed i think 2-3 months before your birthday, from age 25 on. ;)

I work for SSA, and there really isn't a need to keep them. Just verify that you agree with the earnings on the statement, as they are reported to the SSA directly from IRS. The point of those statements is to show people that we cannot expect to live only off our SSA benefits when we retire, and that it is only a supplemental benefit. so hopefully people are saving on their own.

sorry, that's my schpeel. and what a weird post for AT, by the way...

i love the cabinet too. it looks almost orangey-red on my computer. Either way, i would consider a very bold black and white palette. Graphic stripes or another pattern (damask?) throughout, and then you can use this red color wherever you like...
and maybe some bright oranges here and there...

i i am absolutely on the "YES to arranging books by color" side, especially when you have that many books on such an important wall. The incorporation of the TV overall is well done, and the blue background helps to define the area even better.
