I've been on one! Callaway Gardens, located about 30 minutes south from Atlanta's airport, in Pine Mountain, GA has one in their beach/lake. I went last summer with my husband and kids. FUN and very exhausting. You have to swim out to it and have to have decent muscle strength to pull yourself up onto the massive inflatable float. Once you get on it, you have to stay on it. It's like those obstacle courses you see on tv - lots of climbing, balancing and trying not to fall into the water, which happens a lot. The huge slide was my favorite part. But, of course you have to climb to get to the top. Reminded me of a rock climbing wall.
