Beautiful!!!

My boyfriend and I both inherited horrible sleep apnea from our fathers (seriously--and both died early of heart-related issues) and we use the CPAP technology to prevent our own health problems down the road. We have to police each other, since occasionally one of us will wake up and see the other snoring away with the CPAP mask resting on the forehead like a festive hat, or one of those British fascinators. It has been life-changingly awesome and I no longer feel like sleeping in class--which is awkward, since I'm the teacher.

Not to be argumentative, but I like the hanger. I always like little accidental touches in these photo sets that remind me that I am not alone in leaving crap out.

And it's one of those super-sexy flocked hangers that hold practically anything! Really jazzes up the place.

I like the sideways bed thing--much better than banging your knees on the wall each time you walk in the room just so the bed is positioned "correctly".

That is so clever! I don't know if it would work in my decidedly un-athletic life but I love the concept.

Love it, love it, love it. Your place is full of personal stuff (unlike some of the colder spaces we see here from time to time) but it doesn't look cluttered. LOVE the use of color!

I take students overseas twice a year, and don't even bother unpacking one of the bags. I just add new toiletries to it and go.

I am really, really lazy.

I had a roommate in college who stunned me with her incredible immune system. She could eat week-old pizza she hit under her bed, and not die! And she kept her toothbrush, you know, wherever, and she didn't die! And I repeatedly hit her with things, and she didn't die!

When she finally moved out, we found what we think was once cheese coagulated in the corner behind her bed.

I live alone now. And if I ever get married, he'd better have his own house, and stay there except for conjugal visits.

I took a group of students to London this past fall and we encountered the Dyson hand-dryer in the public loo near the London Eye. The kids were so fascinated with it--it works really, really well, and is like having your own private diesel engine whipping that water away from both sides of your hands at once--that we were almost late to get on the Eye. They kept playing with the dryer.

"Where on earth were you people?" my tour guide asked, when we finally emerged, jazzed about cool technology.

"Washing and drying our hands!" one girl exclaimed. "It was SO COOL!"

And people wonder why American tourists are disparaged as uncultured. Dude, we had clean, clean hands. And for the record, we're from Orlando, so we're pretty jazzed about anything that actually works.

This would be so great for my sister, who's had a horrible year. Nothing like free schwag to perk up the dullest day!
