divinemskd: the circular art-thing is from pier1 but it might not be in stores. i bought one for my apartment two years ago from there...

i hate vacuuming. it makes my hands all itchy. and my mother used to do it at 8:00 or earlier on weekends when i was younger. she would start right outside my door. it was her special brand of torture.

funny story about the bear: when i was in third grade we had these little plastic bears in class the teacher encouraged us to use to solve math problems. "counting bears." they came in a variety of colors but my absolute favorite were the blue. i loved them so much, i would keep one in my desk all day long until it was time to line up for the bus dismissals. on one particular day, i was convinced my life would not be as bright and cheery if i did not possess one of these bears forever and always...so i pocketed one right before dismissal and took him home with me. that night, i could not sleep due to insurmountable guilt and returned my little blue bear the very next day. just seeing this bear on the screen made me laugh quite loudly.

a smaller version could be adorable for necklaces or scarves.

my boyfriend snores. and he hogs the bed. additionally, he tends to sleep with both his hands behind his head, elbows sticking out like weapons that often stab me in the face should i roll in his general direction. he also steals each of my pillows, somehow, in the middle of the night and ends up with all four by the time i wake up. i know how to pick 'em!

where does one get sushi magnets?! my fridge is officially uncool until i have them!

the pillows in the photo are from anthropologie, last summer season (former employee speaking, trust me on this one). but they always, and i mean always, have tons of fabulous pillows with great patterns and colors.
