I used - I think it was called Friendly Movers that I found on Craigslist. Just tried to find them quickly and couldn't, but I paid $40/hr for two movers, and they worked their tail off and got it all done in like 2 hours. One of the guys was about 5 minutes late and they were very apologetic. Found them on a day's notice, and was just all around satisfied.

They dont, I don't think, have trucks, but would recommend maybe you rent the truck and then hire them to load/unload.
