I don't understand why people have a problem with an exposed bed. Your home is lovely. I wish I could see the entire bathroom.

The after is nice but I like the before better.

This loft is beyond gorgeous. However there are a few details that I want to quibble about. I think the bathroom looked better in the before shot. The after bathroom looks like a bathroom one might find in any American mcmansion. Second, I think the kitchen cabinets are a little too suburan as well. The crown molding on the cabinets is really too much. My last gripe is with the green Crate and Barrel chair in the living area. I can't wait for that chair to be reupholstered.

Overall, this is one of the most beautiful homes I have seen. I will be sure to bookmark this one.

I like this apartment. It is a little bit too modern for my tastes, but it is beautiful. I really love the tile in the bathroom. It is absolutely gorgeous.

This home is wonderful. I like all of the rooms, but in particular the bathroom with the turquoise walls. Can you tell us what color paint you used?

I too, like the "before" much more than the after. I agree with Charlotte- Roots and Rafters, the living area needed a larger rug. However, I also think the pass through to the kitchen should have been enlarged. It looks rinky-dink in both photos. Really, this appears to be a nice home, and it just needed minor changes. For example, window treatments for the dining area, a new light fixture above the table, bigger, nicer rugs, etc.

I purchased a beautiful umbrella stand on ebay last year. It is white with red chinese lions painted on it and has chinese writing on the back. It is similar to the white and blue umbrella stand above, but much better.
