i also have bathroom outside my front door and works perfectly!! it is actually down about 6 steps so not even on same level but i do not share so is my own.. in nearly 5 years i have never met a neighbour in middle of night and i am not on top floor and a family of 4 live above me, i only lock it when going out otherwise left open. really love your apartment and like it is filled with books and colour cosy sleeping space and what i call real life' but mostly referred to as clutter by so many..i dont always agree with the overwhelming desire for minimalism in small spaces that people seem to feel on this site.where are pictures from above the sofa- love subtle addition of more colour in this way? best of luck but my vote for sure! bravo!! i love this apartment and its similar to my own with lucky terrace set up so hard to find in a big city- but what i love most is quirky charm and that it is real life.. its inviting and warm, clearly lived in and loved.. personal possessions collected on the way that are not just there to fulfil a precious design concept or satisfy certain interior design aesthetic, i love house tours but i often find it hard to can actually imagine people living in them but here that is not for one moment the case..
