I love your kitchen...is that wrong?

try putting the head of the bed on that 20' wall and your futon at the end of the bed. then, if you want to, you can get an expedit bookshelf and put it along the length of the bed. That way, if you're in the kitchen, you don't see the bed, just a loveley bookshelf and a sitting area.

like this:

windowwindowwindow

futon
bedbedbedbed futon
bedbedbedbed futon table
bedbedbedbed futon table
bedbedbedbed futon table
shelfshelfshelf futon

good luck, Nicole!

Uh. Yeah, my first apartment did NOT look this cool. haha.

I currently live in a rental and my walls are pretty full. I love the visual interest that a gallery wall adds. Oh, and regarding ruining walls, DAP sells this thing called PATCH STIK. It's like a giant glue stick for filling nail holes in your wall. Holy grail status for non-measurers like me.

Great post!

I agree that this was not my favorite, but hey, would I turn down AT if they offered to feature my place if it wasn't perfect yet...probably not!

Tolly, you seem nice.

And I love the floors. Not embarassed.
