First, list the above comments, not enough egg was used. For at 12" skillet I'd use at least 10 eggs and possibly 12 depending on the amount of filling. Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | Mastering the Frittata: Take One! |

Or you can just learn how to sharpen your own knife and save the cash and time. I don't know about most people but I can't live without my knifes for 1 - 2 weeks. I'll admit my early attempt at sharpening wasn't pretty but I started to get the hang of it after a while. It takes me maybe 10 minutes now to get my 10" chef's knife sharp enough to shave with (which is kinda pointless because how often do you shave with your chef's knife?). Korin has a how to DVD which is nice enough http://www.korin.com/product.php?pid=193&df=knife Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | Get Your Knives Sharpened By Mail |

I've only tried the Pinot Grigio. It tastes okay. I didn't like the flow out of the box but that is a complaint easily solved by using a glass. The real win for me is to use it for cooking. I don't always have left over wine to use for cooking and it is such a waste to open a bottle to use 1 cup. The almost single use per recipe wine boxes are very handy.
