I love that the location is listed as "Cambridgeport" and not "Cambridge". Representing the PORT! I'm a fellow Cantabridgian neighbor from "Area 4"... also known as Inman Square, but I MUCH prefer "Area 4". ;)

Love the tennis racquets and the coffee table.

pretty soon we're gonna run out of real woodland creatures and the trends will start inventing new ones... i can't wait for the owx (owl+fox)

my favorite fox is from Bears Eat Berries... well-designed and not cartoony like a lot of these... check it out:

My absolute favorite has been left off your list - the white fir (aka concolor fir). Unless you're calling it something else? Strong long needles, blue green silver tone, amazing water retention, strong citrusy fragrance. How could this have been left off the list! Once you go concolor you never go back!

You should never have to spend money on boxes. Go visit any local store and see what they have. I usually end up at the local dollar store and it's always worked out awesome. Buying boxes has always seemed as strange as buying bottles of water for your home. If you can get it for free, why wouldn't you?

But his single biggest mistake of all? Not backing up anything from his computer. He mentions that the #1 thing he's upset about losing are the photos of his child's first and only year on this planet. It's such a simple thing to do. Go and buy an external hard drive (they're relatively cheap these days) and back up EVERYTHING you wouldn't be ok with losing (photos, documents, etc).

I feel Cambridge would have been a better inclusion. With Somerville you have a HUGELY varying market. Does this represent Davis Square or Winter Hill? Back Bay and Brookline are, for the most part, totally serviceable by the T and mostly homogenous whereas Somerville can vary greatly in price because of location (proximity to T and neighborhood). But perhaps Somerville was included because you can live (relatively) really cheaply if you're willing to be far from a T stop (and therefore on a bus line) in a neighborhood that doesn't really have anything going on.

Oh hey it's Tolly! I know you! We met at Christina and Tony's wedding in Maryland. Anyways, don't listen to the haters. It's just because your space doesn't look like every other one on this site because you don't have an Eames rocker, vintage typewriter, or some large letters instructing you what to do in the space (EAT in your kitchen, SLEEP in your bedroom, etc).
