If you want a good bed that will last and the dog will love, check out SkyMall. I know. I know. It's SkyMall, but trust me. . . . .it's the best dog bed I've found.

Hear me out:
- $80-$160
- All innards are removable for washing (one thing that's a must with pets)
- Separate bed portion can double as a bed in their crate. Our Boxer actually didn't like to lay in the bed with it all put together. We basically got a two-for-one by taking the inner bed part and putting it in her crate.
- Heavy duty material that doesn't tear easily. You know when dogs situate themselves by digging around a bit? Our dog does this just about every time before she lays down. Had the bed nearly 2 years and no holes or tears.
- Free Bone pillow!

Bottom line is our dog loves this bed.

We were there roughly the same time on vacation! Nice pics. Love the bicycle pic.

Love the place. Where did you get your coffee table? We've been in search of something unique and functional for a while and nothing's struck our fancy. But, I really love this one!

I keep a draft message in my inbox all year round. I add and delete from it whenever necessary and also keep a running list for close family. Works out well for me!

My parents have one hanging in the hall. Kind of interesting, but yes, with Google Earth, you can look up a photo of your place anytime now.

Funny thing . . .my parents house when I was growing up had the same color counter top. Never thought about again until just now.

I agree with most posts above. You could just update some hardware/fixtures and be good, but if you really want a noticeable change, I would take out the cabinetry above the bar so it opens up more into the living room. I would also maybe look at putting in a larger window above the sink. It's already big, but it would be really cool if it took up the whole space there.

I think for the living room, I agree about doing something with the fireplace, but I think what will make it is the furniture you keep in it.

I agree with most of the posters here . . . keep the house all white and just add a red door. I would even lighten the shutters color to a medium-dark grey instead of dark grey or black. Adding a little bit of flowers or a small tree out front might help too.

I love bright front doors . . . .this is a nice idea because it doesn't mean you have to be that bold on the house itself. The only downfall I see is that your view out the front is quite obstructed.

In almost every instance I would cut a land-line before the internet. In fact, it was killing me to have to pay AT&T for a land-line when all I wanted was the internet, but because they only offer DSL, we were forced into it. I think it's just a scam to get more money. We were basically paying $70 for internet. RIDICULOUS!

Merida is so tranquil of a place. . . .not at all the Mexico you would expect and nothing like the American city (with a Mexico Address) of Cancun. Loved it there.

Where is the coffee table from?

I am considering building one but hadn't found the right design. When I saw this, I thought it was perfect!
