I hate apartment repairs. I had a Denver apartment for 5 years, no problems. Then one winter the bathroom ceiling had this huge bulge the size of the tub. I called the emergency line & told them the upstairs pipe had burst, and they refused to do anything about it for 5 days since it was a holiday. No Fridge for a Week! I used to like shipping container houses...until I got into shipping. I know they clean them, but those things show up from China reeking of oil and pesticides.
