Since I started this cure, I media fast mornings. Well, I only reduced my media time, but I get so much more done around here! Anyway I will cheat tonight and fast completely tomorrow morning. My husband and I like to grab a beer and watch something when he comes back from work.

Actually in very warm areas these can be "4-duty" drapes because blocking the sun with heavy drapes keeps the house cool resulting in huge savings in the electricity bills.

My brother-in-law makes the yummiest sardine tacos!! Yet you can have them with crackers too.

Put a small sliced onion in a little bit of oil, mash the sardines, add cooked potatoes, mash all together, add tomato sauce and season to taste. Eat with corn tortillas or crackers with lime and salsa.

This takes the strong taste away and its delicious.

Great Pics!!!! Here is my version of Chiles en Nogada. I chose not to make them "capeados". This dish is considered in Mexican high cuisine. I recommend you to at least try them if you ever find them in a restaurant. (bilingual blog)

Use it for snack. Crackers cream cheese chili jam. If the chili jam is good, you will not stop eating them.

To simplify the preparation, just place the entire cream cheese in a plate, and put the jam on top. You could also put some sesame seeds on top, and crackers around it. Put several butter knives so everyone prepares their own crackers.
