Being a former Industrial Design major, I appreciate the time and thought put into a great design. I am always willing to invest in a product that lasts a long time, serves a simple function and performs well consistently and with ease. I purchased two and that's just enough for my SMEG fridge. The only thing that I would add if I could, would be to add a lid. I would have preferred to have a lid to fit over the top (matching the base of the dish, I though that was the original design). In that case, it could be placed underneath something without having the compost potentially touching the base of whatever it might be sitting under. I may or may not be a little OCD in this regard, but overall I love the concept.
