This was AMAZING!! So delicious, smooth, and totally yummy! Your instructions were spot on (down to the anticipated snags in the food processor...which were brief). We had some right out of the processor, and also put some in the freezer for a few hours...that was also wonderful! Am daydreaming about adding a chopped-up date and peanut butter, or toss sliced almonds and fresh bloobs on top next time. My new favorite (and pretty much guilt-free) dessert!!!
