What cool nights? Here in Birmingham, AL, it still feels like the beginning of August. It's supposed to be 98 here today and I could only dream of nights in the lower 60's, upper 50's. *sigh*

I, for one, love it! Especially the outdoor area. I love all the succulents and cacti. Unfortunately, I can only have a couple in my house, not outside since I live in Alabama, and it's not exactly condusive (sp?) to them (not to mention the fact that my yard is 90% shade.) Great job!

Love the succulents! I'm so jealous because I live in the South, and I'm not sure if outdoor succulents are really the right look around here, but I love them anyway! My backyard is pretty sparse at the moment and it's on my list of things to accomplish this spring/early summer. Good job!

I have a friend who used to intern with Southern Progress (the parent company) and worked with the Cottage Living, Coastal Living, and Cooking Light teams. She works with another media company now, but she emailed me this morning and told me that about this. She said that everyone she used to work with has been laid off. It's a scary world out there.

I used to be a media planner at an ad agency and we advertised a lot with Cottage Living. In fact, I still have a Cottage Living coffee mug sitting on my desk right now.

Just wanted to add that in the right room, accent pieces might work, but I think this is one pattern that could get overpowering in a hurry.

I've been looking for more "adult" halloween decor like this.

My husband would love the Bates Motel towel. He's a huge fan of classic horror moves and Hitchcock in particular. You can't get much more classic than Psycho.

For some reason, this makes me think of Rainbow Brite. Especially the picture on the right.
