nah, its new! It's identical to the UO model except for the branding and colour of the case. I agree with the sentiments of the masses here. I've got a smaller version of this going on in my lounge room. Pain in the ass to dust, but it's great for things you like to have around, but don't have the bench space for - plus when you change it around you feel like you've completely redecorated. @Thorndale - you feel wrong! Underfloor heaters are passive radiant heaters that don't need to heat a room to as high a temp as other heaters to achieve the same effect. Heaters that warm a room from a single point need to heat to a higher temp for the opposite side of a room to feel warm, but still create hot and cold spots. Also, underfloor heating can be generated from water, oil or electricity giving you a wide range of power options, including solar. General consensus is that it is a more efficient way to heat.
