It's a karlstad sofa (or love seat) with a karlstad chaise and the separate feet. And a lot of pillows.

We have this set up (with the included feet) and it is super comfy and awesome! It cost between $800-$900 with the white cover. (with the plan to buy discontinued covers in different colours when they go on sale)
