My family and our shih tzu, Yoshi, make my life beautiful, also seeing the awesome fall colors outside the door, my small front patio which is filled with flowers and plants, my next-door neighbors (they're wonderful).....so many things! Dog and cat beds sure have come a long way, these look fantastic! I have been searching for something for my shih-tzu to sit on while out on the concrete patio in front of our apartment to keep him above "ant level." I've found that the Clorox Plus High Efficiency (HE) bleach works particularly well on stubborn mold and mildew, such as when the mold/mildew forms in cracks in the seal around the tub and discolors it from underneath. It's an extra-thick formula bleach, so I paint it on heavily and let it soak in. It has cleaned up some particularly ugly patches around the tub seal, and so far has kept it from re-occurring. The worst mess I've made in my apartment was when I was making dinner and a glass bowl full of dry Au Gratin potato mix exploded sending cheese, potato, and glass to every corner of the kitchen. Ooops, I had left the bowl with the mix on the front burner, and had water in a pot ready to boil on the back burner. Unfortunately, I had turned on the wrong burner to boil the water without realizing it and what a messy disaster that was! How did I clean it up? By broom and dustpan, actually getting down on hands and knees to make sure I didn't miss a single sliver of glass. What a huge mess! I would use the Electrolux Ergorapido 2-in-1 Sweeper in our tiny bathroom where my son likes to trim his hair using the clippers. He never manages to get it all off the floor using the big vacuum because it doesn't maneuver well in such a small space. What a mess (and even worse, the dog likes to sneak in and tries to eat the hair that's left on the floor....ewwwwww!)
