We JUST did this 4 weeks ago. Moved from a large 3500sq ft home to a 1230sqft. There are 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 school age boys. We brought with us 2 chairs, sofa, ottoman, small end table. After 4 weeks we started to see where we needed storage and where we really didnt. We got a long bedroom dresser with drawers for one wall at a consignment store. A Billy IKEA bookcase with one shelf deeper so it sticks out a bit than the rest makes an instant desk for a laptop. Then put all your stuff in boxes on the shelves above. I also move around my place from the couch with feet up looking out over the city, to sitting at my kitchen counter. Working from Home: Where Do You Actually Work? |

I LOVE this idea. Repurposed & a great conversation piece! Overtime I am sure some of the logo's paint would wear, but oh well! Get another board! Maybe from a favorite vacation spot or a crate of champagne from a special event. What a funny carry-on at the airport coming back from France or something holding this old board!
