OMG people this will NOT do anything to lessen the structure of the pan it basically eats away the smallest amount of glass to make it look cloudy. It's easy to do and takes less then 10 min and is an adorable wedding gift to newly weds or a great gift for anyone.I can't believe you all are worried about the structure being compromised.
