West Elm has decent design, but to echo the sentiments above...poor, poor quality. Use very sparingly. I purchased three times. 2 out of 3 items went back because it was so cheap looking. Truly the best furniture makers are in the United States, and yes Europe as well. I would rather spend more and have one beautiful piece than furnish with West Elm. The quality is noticeable. Although this is probably pretty good for first time apartment dwellers.
