I love it when people, e.g. ResidentGeek, who know nothing about a subject make comments. Sorry ResidentGeek, but it is a big YES. It is realistic and practical which is why I use one for email, reading, designing and a host of other tasks. The other morning I walked 6km while working and a total of 10km in 24 hours. The sense of fulfillment was great and maximising time and exercise was fantastic. Google loves the idea which is why it gives staff members the choice of using a treadmill workstation which is far more sophisticated than the one above. Go do some homework ResidentGeek:-)
