This is an adorable room. I would have loved this as a little girl. I love the bed and the pom poms hanging over the bed. So sweet.

Bravo! This is an excellent space. I love the mix of modern and traditional. My husband and I are of the same mindset that we want less stuff and less space so we can do more with our time and money. We live in a little house and have minimal possessions and are constantly continuing to downsize so we eventually move to a more desirable (and more expensive) city.

I love this and it is totally my philosophy. My husband and I live in a just under 1100 foot house with three cats. For most people in my suburban California city, this is considered a tiny house. But to us, it is WAY more than enough room. I make a conscious effort daily to keep my house minimal and uncluttered. Our storage areas actually have room if we needed to store something! What a concept. ;) Our ultimate goal is to move to Los Angeles in the next few years, and knowing that we will be downsizing even further keeps me in check as well. I find it interesting that most people aspire to eventually live in a bigger space, while I aspire to live even smaller.

I love the bedroom! Especially the side tables and comforter. I agree with the earlier comment about the candles- would love it even better if they had been lit at some point and were a bit drippy and melty. Nice tour of a sweet home.

Echoing almost everyone here: most favorite AT tour in awhile! So lovely. I LOVE the white walls and perfection of everything. There are lovely things to look at, yet none of the spaces are in any way cluttered. It feels fun and exciting yet serene. My favorite element? The kitchen subway tiles!!!

I do something very similar to this before I have company over. I sit in every possible seat in the house (I have a tiny house so there aren't a lot) and look at the view from that space. I make sure that there's nothing icky that I didn't know about (dust bunnies, jumbled cords, etc). It's really helpful. For this exercise I'll do it in my home office- that room has become a catch all.
