Good to know. Next time I go into the OR, I'll forgo scrubbing in with soap and water, and just find some nice 140 degree water to dip my hands into instead. Why would anyone ever trust a dishwasher, anyway? All they do is spray hot, soapy water on you dishes, but often leave behind bits of food, and even soap. Cleaning requires agitation, scrubbing, pressure, not just sterilization.
