Are those book shelves in between? Why not create a lounging/reading area with a lounge chair and ottoman, a reading lamp, a rug and a small side table to put your cup of hot chocolate? Ideas for Big Empty Space Between Rooms? Good Questions |

My pet peeve is frames of art stacked (partially) one in front of the other and propped against a wall. I have the look right now but I just moved in and haven't had the time to put them up the wall. Never understood how that could count as decorating. What's Your Design Pet Peeve? |
