Seriously? It's a rental, get over it. I think a cheep reno is a ridiculous idea. There is no way to do this cheep. My dad is a contractor so we received a huge discount and our super small bathroom redo still costs us $2500. We used white subway tile with glass mosaic accent tile. Pretty standard stuff. No. It's silly to spend thousands on a chair when you can get it for hundreds. Some people would have to save for years for one chair and that is ridiculous. Young, new designers have to charge quite a bit just to get their money back on their products and it is worth it for good carpentry and craftsmanship but not for a chair that has been around for 50+ years and is massed produced. I think the quality is perfect for the price point. It is similar to the Dwell for Target line as far as quality goes. I think $199 for a king set is a good price. My husband bought the stem print for me for my birthday back in May. I love it, it is so cheery and bright and perfect or our bedroom.
