Brilliant. I have to have an LTR immediately. You can never have too many books or magazines within reach. Modern Classics: The Eames LTR |

The color is AMAZING. It looks like you simply set out to be fun and quirky rather than to stick to a budget. Nicely done. Brittni's Amsterdam Apartment on a Budget House Call |

Wow. I read 'snakeskin' and almost looked the other way. This turned out fabulous. It mixes so well with the other patterns and colors in the shot. Nicely done. Before & After: Faux Snakeskin Table Recently |

I'm at my desk all the time - but I think that's just because it's not facing a wall. My desk divides the kitchen and living room, so I can sit at my computer and see all around my apartment. I think I would feel too cramped and blocked if I were staring at a wall all day...even a nice wall. Working from Home: Where Do You Actually Work? |

I could totally use that mirror. Ha ha. It would make dressing in the morning so much more entertaining. Beautiful pieces! New York's Finest: Trifold Mirror, Milo Baughman & Reclaimed Table The Thursday AFTERNOON Scavenger |

Ha ha. I like this trend. The laundry detergent bottle is certainly not going to become a classic, but it's cheeky and speaks to a generation of recyclers and up-cyclers. Why not? Not For the Recycling Bin: 25 Faux Disposables |

It's interesting. It's even strangely beautiful. But every time I see these modern portable/modular/whatever structures, I think you'd have to a cyborg to want to be inside for any prolonged amount of time. Wouldn't you start to feel like a hamster? A cyborg hamster? Snoozebox: A Portable Container Hotel |

Wow. That's incredible. The engineering is mind boggling. But now I feel kind of seasick. The Brain-Bending Building of Krzywy Domek |

Fabulous! The rug is the perfect compliment. The space feels fun and modern, but somehow it's also soft and soothing. Lucky baby. :) A Small Space Nursery Triumph In Manhattan My Room |

I love the desk/cabinet combo. It would be fun to work in that space, although I would be tempted to be opening and closing it all the time. :) Sure it's a lot of restoration hardware - but it is a staged show home. I think it was well done and quite interesting for a neutral space that has to have a broad appeal. Long Island City: Modern Living at the View Showhouse Tour |

I love them all! It might just be better if I don't have a nook like this in my house because I would install a fridge and NEVER come out. Cool, Cozy Reading Nooks Creating an Escape at Home |

I'm crazy about a distressed floor that doesn't look too farmhousey. This one is perfect. Elizabeth's Colorful Glamour Mix Dream Living Room Inspiration |

My grandma had a wicker swinging chair and it was the best chair ever. I hope you get your dream living room someday...perhaps someone will invent velvet that repels dog hair. It could happen. Kimber's Dreams of a Blue Velvet Sofa Dream Living Room Inspiration |

I agree about the frilly thing. I wouldn't leave it there - I'd wear it. But the label 'primitive modern' is magical. Must explore this design style! A Little Glamour in the Entryway Roomarks |
