I just made this. It's great on the first taste; I'm not sure if there will be any left for the flavor marriage. :-)

I make egg muffins frequently, following the recipe from Kalyn's Kitchen:

I love lemon zest! I put it in anything that calls for lemon juice, like salad dressing, lemon pound cakes, and this new favorite: oven-baked potatoes with lemon zest and rosemary and/or thyme.

I answered yes. I'm still thrilled with how easy this is. I didn't discover no-knead bread until the beginning of this year, so I have a couple of years of catching up to do.

I have a much-loved mini nutmeg grater similar to this one. I don't think it has ever met a nutmeg, but I use it to grate cheese over my eggs and salads, and to zest lemons and oranges.

Have you seen Telstar Logistics' beautiful gray San Francisco kitchen? Take a look.

Actually, I think you should check out the entire fabulous house. I love all the airplane- and ship-inspired details.

I use a simple, plastic food storage container, like this one. Has a lid, so it doesn't smell, is easy to clean, and stores under the sink. Oh, and it was cheap too - $5 or $6.

I roast chickens upright, beer-can-style, to maximize the skin-crisping. I usually get 3 to 4 meals out of one chicken, and the skin is always the first thing I eat. Yum!

I cook with my MacBook so frequently, I refer to it as my "CookBook". I look up recipes online, and I keep my own favorite recipes in my blog so I won't lose them. I also use a kitchen timer software (Minuteur).

I usually keep the CookBook on the table in the kitchen nook, or on the opposite side of the kitchen counter, to avoid spilling foodstuffs.

I love mine - just bought a second one after the seal on the first one started to wear out after two years of daily use.

chusmabilly, kimg924, and anyone who wants protein breakfast: you might be interested in Kalyn's egg muffins. I love these - I make a batch of 12, eat two right off the bat, and keep the rest in the fridge for convenient on-the-go weekday breakfast.
Portable, easy and versatile (can you tell how much I like them?):

I bought a spoon a couple of years ago that has become my favorite because of its flat end - it's a cooking spoon and spatula all in one. It's the Mario Batali brand, here's a picture of it at amazon.com.

There's a "Showtime Knife" in your set. Whatever does that mean?

I don't have a set - I have 2 chef's knives, one slightly smaller than the other, a couple of paring knives, and a tomato knife. I don't feel like I'm missing anything.
