I am writing to confirm what Christopher Mertz has to say about Amanda Mitchell at Jungle. They made verbal agreements with me and my husband they did not honor, as well. It was a terrible experience. They essentially took $250 from us claiming it would be used toward future plant purchases so long as they gave us a free garden consultation. We knew we'd be spending at least that much in plants so figured why not get some expert advice. Later they claimed that the $250 would only be applied to plants if we used their garden design services. Do not trust them, get everything in writing or better yet, as Christoher M suggested, use Sprout Home!
