If this were in the US, yes! As long as there were some good jobs (however my boyfriend would be out a job considering he's a mechanic and loves it). I think it could definitely have character and be sustainable. There are so many ways to do that. Goodness, this would be amazing to live in! I very much do not like 1 or 3. The others are all right but my favorite is 2. Black, white, and blue give it an elegant and chic feel but none are overwhelming. Paint Color Portfolio: Navy Blue Living Rooms |

We have wanted this since it came out! It's supposed to be really good. Planning to buy it next year with tax returns. Can't wait! Some friends say they have saved over $200/year with this already! Nest Learning Thermostat |

Placing a picture of the ocean in the empty frame would look pretty awesome, especially a high quality image professionally printed. Before & After: Nautical Themed Bathroom Makeover A Cup of Jo |

Interesting idea. Love the creativity. But yes, practicality is no. I like the simplicity of it though. Perhaps make the stepping bars with actual steps. The rest stay the same. Then it would be pretty neat. Might be multi-useful as well. Hang some art off the sides, or clothes. Wrap lights around it, etc. Sculptural (and Slightly Scary!) It would help if they took pictures in the day when it looks nice out. If a house can still look creepy with the sun shining brightly, then...maybe it's time to reconsider your decor - unless, of course, you like scaring away the neighbor kids. Black as Night: Dark-Hued Homes |

I don't know the brand of ours, but searching for a larger storage space for a desk, we found an armoire on Craigslist. GREAT condition with just a few scratch marks for only $75. Absolutely love it. Freed up some more space, as well as freed up even more space due to so much storage potential! Jordan's Tucked in a Corner Hideaway Armoire Home Office |

In the past, we have thrown all the socks in a small bin - to be sorted later. Then we would just dig for socks. Haha 7 Ways to Organize Socks Home Your Way |

It looks good to me, but not my taste. Wonderful creativity. However, I think either the picture is a bit crooked, or the box they used around the storage piece is crooked, making it give you a 'sloppy' feel. Before & After: A Multi-Drawer Console Design *Sponge |

As someone else pointed out, they have a new dishwasher and new stove hood. There is no way that actually took only $17. I could believe the paint job took that little if they had brushes lying around already and some extra wood. Before & After: $17 Rental Kitchen Makeover HGTV |

Currently dirty clothes at the foot of our bed against the wall in one hamper. However, just received a new one. Will be using both in the walk-in closet once I clear up some space. :) And the third is for clean clothes! Small bin for socks. Where Does Your Laundry Basket Live? Reader Survey |

I love the concept. I don't think it would look as bad if they had a shelf resting on those pegs on the bottom. Or if they had two of those small three shelf bookcases to fit in the middle of the pegs. It would be a more complete look and feel. Reader Project: Erin's Affordable Hanging Bookshelves |
