We are really so happy and proud of the space we created. @STRANGE.BIRD Actually, refinancing was a very good option for us at the time because the points we were able to shave of our interest brought our monthly payments down to the where our backyard would be fully paid for in 3.2 years. Every situation is different. @MADEITTOTHEMOON Even with the dog run we're still constantly filling in the holes that Simone happily makes for us. :) @HHRI & @M_J_S I think we're going to go with Alumiwood as a patio cover.
