I live in Ann Arbor too! It is so hard to find a halfway decent apartment in this city and near campus. I must have looked at 40-50 places before I found one... And that was a year ahead of the actual lease date for a space less than 500 sq ft. I appreciate what you've done to your space just based on that alone! People wouldn't think AA would have such a competitive market, but it's rough - yet the city is totally worth it. Go blue!
