Strawberry/Rhubarb Margaritas...I cook down rhubarb with sugar to sweeten slightly..then puree it in a blender to make a sauce. Use strawberry margarita mixer, but replace 1/4 to 1/3 of the strawberry mixer with the rhubarb sauce. The sauce also freezes well, so you have a supply if rhubarb isn't available for Cinco de Mayo Margaritas
