I'd agree that PIER 1 has a great selection, I prefer to shop online but the odd time I go out I certainly pay them a visit. You can find cheap rugs here as well http://rugshd.com/ Pier One for Rugs? |

I love this style of rug but I can't wrap my head around where it was possibly fit as a functional piece of furniture / decoration. Obviously it works well as a wall hanging, I think it would be a good candidate for a white room or any low traffic area around your home. But then again, if it's a low traffic area it kind of defeats the purpose, I'd want to show this off if I owned it. Nice post nonetheless.
