Yes, patience is the key. My apartment is filled with terrific finds that I could never afford at retail price. But, it has taken me a year to furnish it, and there is still work to do. I frequent stores like Homegoods, TJ Maxx, Overstock, etc... I got a beautiful dark solid wood table at the JC Penney Outlet (new in box) for $75!
