I live in one of these spaces that Francisco created and I feel very grateful for his talent every day. The light changes all day long because of the 16 skylights on the roof, it casts stripes of light across the great white wall. And the fact that one wall is all glass that opens up fully onto a creek is magical. The downstairs floors are a polished concrete that have perfect imperfections and help keep things cool in the summer. And the kitchen uses this colorful wood which is mirrored in the floor upstairs. There are also some really cool details... like the glass circles in the doors have little orange animal and people figures in them, and the upstairs hallway is like a suspended bridge that slants up ever so slightly as you walk along it. I hope he creates many more spaces like this in Austin and beyond... people keep asking what "accessible" is... when they were first on the market the 2 bedroom was about $250K, and the 3 bedroom about $285K. Pretty amazing what you get for that price. He is a true talent.
