I really dig your place. Although it is not my style, I can appreciate it. Where is this in East Austin? Looks like it might be one of those newer development off Airport, maybe?

Anyway, E. Austin seems to be doing really well, but it also seems to be displacing those who used to live there with gentrified yuppies (I was once one of them, so I am not judging).

But, great looking place... really like that sliding door (wall).
