I think this is a good time to point out that the internet isn't the only place a great deal can be made. I purchased that same dresser almost 5 years ago at a baby chain store for $300. Brand NEW. The reason was that it has a big pressed scratch on the top (the finish never cracked) that is totally covered by the changing pad anyway. The store had it in its as-is-damaged section. So for anyone who has the time, checking out the as- is section is a great way to save money too. And sometimes you can get brand new for the same price as used.

Etsy. It is the best, and not everyone sells theirs for $50 and over. I love:http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5836351

Ever since I found this website a few months ago, I have loved Eames! And not just this chair, but a few others too. I cannot believe I never heard of Eames before.
This chair would be great in our living room, and I don't think that even my 4 yr old, nor my 2 yr old can destroy it. :)

Wonderful home! Sad I got here so late. For the commentor who stated children need more space, I can personally tell you that is not true. I grew up in approx. the same amount of space in a brownstone in Brooklyn until I was 7 years old. (There were 4 of us, but no dog). My sister and I always had plenty of space to run around in, plus we were always outside and down the street at the park anyway. When we moved, we "upgraded" to a house that was still smaller than 1000 sf! I lived there until I was 21 :)
Beautiful home!

Totally silly, however, my kids would LOVE it. They are 4 yrs and 2 yrs old. Good for that crowd.
