BBC and Colin Firth is the best adaptation IMO. Elizabeth was a feminist for her time, but *never* would have behaved the way Kiera's character did. I have been looking for something like this! I've needed a solution for my non-existent back-splash that isn't, well, your typical back-splash. I also wanted to do it myself, so this is a great resource. Thank you for sharing! I've also been searching for a DIY solution for my non-working fireplace. Wooden hangers all the way. I keep my slips and dresses from sliding off by putting a thick rubber on each end or "shoulder" of the hanger. The rubber will keep the straps from sliding off. Apartment Therapy Chicago | Hangers.com |

I love how this space is designed, but also looks so lived in. I think the use of color is nice too..looks like nothing has been over-thought.
